DONT BOOK WITH THEM! They are scammers! My daughter was so excited to celebrate her quinceañera at this hall. We met with Marianne for a walkthrough, and she insisted we leave a $500 deposit right away to secure the date because they were “very busy.” We did, and agreed to pay the remaining $15,000 in installments. ⚠️Read This⚠️ One of my friend’s daughter was originally planing on having her quinceanera at this location. After months of planning and reserving the space ahead of time this company stoped showing up. After the down payment was made they no longer expected calls from this family and completely ignored/ stopped being there for them. They have had to choose a new location and event planners. They have lost thousands of dollars, dont use this venue.
Guys, I had wrote a review before about this place and literally I do not recommend it. This place steals peoples money. The communication sucks. They never answer you. They lie to you. Tresures Banquet in Ontario Calif, Fraudulent Business, everyone be aware, do not trust, I have cancealed my venue, I have asked for refund 90days before my event, Marianna Tresure Banquet associate, has been very unprofessional, has not returned countless messages, I have researched the Better business bureau and shows them as an F rating.
