They charged me $200 for tune up and nothing works the same, gear is massed up, did not adjust brake cable tension. My bike was in the shop for 6 weeks, never called me when my bike was "ready" for pick up. I never go there for any bike repair. MAJOR disappointment.
Love this place. They are so knowledgeable and the selection and price is great. I've bought several bikes from Dicks and have had horrible experience with the product and the service. Treads is the only place I'll go from now on. DERRICK really helped us out and educated is on our bikes. I'll be going to him from here on out!!

Took my son's bike in to see if they could fix his flat tire of many failed attempts on my part, Derek and Joe took it in right away and fixed it for me, they were very courteous, and prompt. And my son thanks you, now he can ride his bike again.

Everyone has been very friendly and helpfull at the Aurora location. I have had several bikes serviced there and just recently had one built from scratch. Very happy with the work and advice I have received from them. Thank you.
After reading the last two reviews I am struck with the reality that there is ALWAYS two sides to a story and you are only hearing one side. I have done business with Treads and formerly Buckley Bicycles for over 38 years and have know the owner for the same amount of time. Though not perfect, I have found Treads to be a reliable, reputable bicycle store and service center. The owner is one of the most honest, accommodating, level-headed, individuals I know.
