I took my son's bicycle to the location in Aurora to be fixed, in late August of 2018. In September I was told I needed a disc replace in my neck an elbow surgery. During my recovery, I was contacted by the store manager that the bicycle was shipped "accidentally" to Willow Grove, PA. The store manager assured me he'd resolved the situation at no cost. RecommendedI just needed to spruce up a bike, and I quickly found what I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a good selection of tools and I'll back for a few key parts as well. What I *really* wanted was one of the sweet bikes on the floor, but that's just not in the budget today :P

Great buying experience! We came from the Springs for a bike in their inventory. It was still in the box and needed to be assembled. We were short on time so the staff dropped everything to assemble the bike in a little over an hour and a half so we could head back home and keep our appt. Have made a customer for life!
