Zach has great customer service skills. Explained price and options. Kept me informed every step of the way. Very professional and a nice person. Original trip was 4 new tires, then later I got a nail in my tire and needed a new tire.
The Summerville location of Tire Choice Auto Center on Trolley Road is awesome. I love these people. This trip was no different. They’re always helpful, friendly and fast. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They checked everything, changed my oil and rotated my tires - all for a great price.
My husband went the last past Sunday to rotate the tires, it seems like they don’t have enough tools to make it work, or they don’t want to work? they told him, take it to a mechanic. The point is on Monday, I went to @gerald’s tires and they did it!
Horrible experience. Do not go for an oil change
