Okay you guys. Update: it’s been a year to be exact since i have been taking my car to this particular store. They are all awesome. I can not stress that enough. I just recently left from getting a new tire replace. I came in discussing that my car has been wobbling and they Knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. Car started making a thumping noise at speed so I called them to see if they could look at it. Made an appointment for Saturday morning on a Thursday afternoon during the holidays, which is unheard of! I was pretty sure I knew what the problem was but don’t have the time or tools to fix it. The Tread Quarters staff quickly test drove and examined my car, pinpointing the issue, even with being extremely busy. It was a wheel bearing and a bad tire. Great service love this place
Horrible Service, Rude customer care 1 800 number. And over priced work for broken parts you’ll have to have warrantied three times in a year. 2,000 dollars worth of mistakes.
Brian and the state inspectors were absolutely brilliant. Top notch customer service and just an overall great experience from all spectrums. Cleanliness and timely and superb quality.
Costumer service was great and they had the best deal in town for my tires!
