I cannot speak highly enough of Geoff! I came to see him after a race in which I severely injured my hip. I was pretty hopeless walking, actually limping, in the door, and within months I was back to almost normal activity levels. Any time I hit a snag in my training, Geoff is right there to help fix me up and offer a new series of movements to work on at home to get over whatever may have been triggering the issue.
The team at Tread Health, especially therapist Billy and Dr. Geoff, are exceptional. They take a truly thoughtful approach to treatments, listening carefully and tailoring everything to your needs. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Mina is truly magic. Not only does she give an incredible massage, she’s also deeply knowledgeable about the body and what it needs to heal. I had been struggling with plantar fasciitis for quite some time, and my symptoms have completely resolved since I started seeing her. She also provides exercises to do between sessions, which have made a real difference.
