My family and I went and waited for a table with 5 open tables inside, only two couples ahead of us, and 4 tables open outside and were not seated. I do not recommend and will not be back.

If it was at the Glencoe location, when you left you were next, sorry for your wait but there are other factors when tables are open, we seat as soon as we can...we have to give the servers a chance to be able to catch up as well. I apologize and hope you will try again. Friday and Saturday are our busiest times
I had the Eggplant Parmesan
Horrible. Waited 30 min to be seated. Little kids working claimed they called our name and NONE of us heard it and ironically we were sitting right next to hostess station. This place is a joke. I’ve been a hostess in the past and I know for a FACT you should speak above a whisper to call out a party’s of 3s name as well as call is three times.

Sorry for your trouble... I do however have to say that if you only waited 30 minutes on a Friday, that’s not too bad and the norm for a weekend, also seeing as they were really busy, and we are a small place...
Delicious food and fast service. One of my favorite places to eat!
