Worst restaurant I have ever been to. When my husband informed the staff that he was served SPOILED food they argued with us about it until we just paid our bill and left. Very rude and very unprofessional. I ordered eggplant parm with spaghetti and instead of sauce they put butter on my pasta. Then argued with me about that too. It was a horrendous experience. Now we are all home starving because none of us wanted to eat that crap. They even put the pepperoni UNDER the cheese on my daughters pizza so it ruined the whole tas... read more

Our family has been going to this restaurant since our daughter was really young. Every time we eat there, I mean every time, we are treated with kindness and the service is excellent!. The food is beyond wonderful and is promptly served to us. I would recommend this restaurant a million times over.
If anyone says let’s get Tre Ragazzi’s at work I always quickly decline. How can you call this Italian food?
Sub par staff. Indifferent and flippant attitude from staff. Just know no matter what time you arrive you will have to wait for your entire party and then they will have made no accommodations for your party. So then you have to wait for someone to leave to be seated. This was at the glencoe location. It was Mother’s Day and I arrived before they opened and was 2nd on the waiting list. Great family that’s owns it! Every time I have ever been it has been wonderful. For my job, I took a group of my special olympic athletes to eat here. It was a group of 15 “special needs” kids and this establishment was patient and treated them like royalty. I will never forget the smile on their faces seeing all that food come out haha. I heard for months how it was the best food they have ever eaten. Incredible food and incredible people.
Excellent food, chicken parm was on point. Definitely will eat there again next time I’m in town.
