I come to Tre Nail in Cary every couple months for the last 6-7 years. Usually it is ok; yesterday was not OK. The man who did my work was super distracted (mostly flirting with the admittedly pretty woman in the next chair). No warm water in the foot bath? When I asked he tested it , shruggged his shoulders just let me sit in the cold water; there were plenty of other chairs available.
