Horrible experience. Keep going back to think maybe they just had an off day. Won't make that mistake anymore. There seems to always be about ten workers hanging around-always talking loudly which to me is really annoying and unprofessional. Feel like I am disrupting their time. Nail polish looks old. i just moved to NC and needed a gel fill-in. They use an electric file that ruined my natural nails. They use cheap gel product NOT LCN. Before I booked my appointment I asked if they used LCN product. I will never go back! It made select a rating I wouldn't give them a 1/2 star.
