My experience with TRE has been entirely positive, particularly with John Kelly, who has been not only extremely competent technically, but also very accessible, very helpful, very honest, very efficient, and very good to work with. We have a residential elevator and on more than one occasion, we have turned to John for his expertise (he's knowledgeable about all manufacturers) and excellent work. I have no hesitation recommending John and TRE for elevator maintenance and repair.

TRE after serving our elevator for many years. Decided that if you are late on a payment they can sabotage our elevator. This matter is no joke and only the Police will ultimately deal with it. We have their tech person stealing our elevator control board to force payment. Mafia style techniques that are illegal.
