had to file two claims with my credit card lender as this company denied I ever sent their items back, or said I sent them back used not sure what they said to deny me my refund the first time for over two months. good thing I recorded video proof of items sent because I didn't trust the shady person I had spoken to before and what they had said in regards to the item I was trying to purchase. Becareful and document EVERYTHING if you accidentally purchase a wrong item and want to return it.
