Shannon is an excellent massage therapist. Very thoughtful and caring, with a good sense of humour.
Dr. Tera is amazing Me & my son has been seeing him for quite a while. He’s very knowledgeable and caring.
My ONLY critique is that their entrance is a little confusing to find the first time, as it's at the back of the building and downstairs (I went in the wrong building my 1st visit lol). Got a call back after signing up for their wait-list -which is the first A++: that they have a wait-list, and that they'll call you when spots open instead of having to keep checking online. Dr. Andrew Sulatycki and the team at TRCC are exceptional. After struggling with lower back pain, their expertise and personalized approach made a significant difference.
