This is a horrible company. After a family loss of someone that lived in one of their properties, they charged our family late fees on the common dues (after death) while our family was tied in probate. When our family was on the property collecting belongings, representatives showed up unannounced to remind us of debts owed and then asked us to find it in our hearts to tip building maintenance from the proceeds of the property once we sell.
