We highly recommend the Trawinski Team of Todd and Eve. If there is one word that would describe Todd it would be “FANTASTIC”, but there is no way that you can describe Todd with just one word. So here goes – he is Professional, Intelligent, Personable, Expert, Energetic and Responsive (almost 24/7). Through the time that we worked with him to find us a home in the Chicagoland area, he also became a Friend. We have never experienced such a commitment to customer service as Todd provides. He has a network of professionals in ... read more
Todd and Eve were amazing! I was moving from out of town and Todd took the time to hone in on what I was looking for. We went to multiple properties in different locations and he helped me find the perfect home. They even provided a number of references for contractors. An amazing team to work with!

You won't be with the Trawinski Team: the word isn't in their vocabulary!

Todd and Eve worked with the buyer's agent to negotiate a quick close at a price that was far above wha... read more
Todd and Eve were absolutely essential to an efficient and very competitive sale of my townhome - and handled every detail while I was living across the country! I’ve had a relationship with them for years - I actually worked with them to buy the home originally in 2008. After I moved away and kept the unit as a rental, Eve and Todd checked in every now and then, just to say hello, offer market insights, see how the rental process was going, etc. As the rental arrangement started to become cumbersome, I officially engaged th... read more
