My husband & I purchased a 2019 Carry-On on 02-01-19 by paying cash. We left the trailer with your service department to have an E-rail installed. We picked up on 02-04-19 & looked at the inside. Everything appeared to be fine. We paid another $288.94 for the service. However, when we arrived in Texas we noticed one of the bolts for the E-rail had been placed through the side-wall of our trailer & this spot was covered it up with silicone.
