I would not recommend Toll Brothers to any prospective buyer. After spending upwards of 1.2 million, one would expect exceptional service and customer experience. However, this builder specified one number as my total lot area but later after carefully going through the paperwork and asking several questions discovered that more than 12% of the specified area is outside the designated border fence without access for me. So don't be fooled by looking at the model homes. Talk to one or more recent home buyers who have used Toll Brothers close by and then make an informed decision.
