No one should ever build with Taylor Morrison. Their staff from the supervisor to the warranty department are all unjust. They have costed me $1000 in excess water bills due to their mismanaging of my irrigation system and are refusing to take responsibility. Getting in touch with them is a challenge in itself and they wasted so much of my time.
