Even though my husband was stationed at Beale AFB, we needed to go to Travis Vet Clinic to handle our dogs’ health certificates for an overseas PCS. From the first time I contacted them they were so nice and responsive. They helped me with every step of the process and helped me get all my forms taken care of before the day of our appointment to help with the stress. Took very good care of my cat
Will not answer the phone or respond to voicemail.
No improvement on common sense and communication, and lack of double checking and confirmation of items like multiple microchips, which is causing multiple setbacks at an untimely manner
Very rude front desk staff. They need to be taught how customer service works, being rude and dismissive is not how you talk to clients.
