Travis was amazing in explaining every part of the policy so I was able to decide what I wanted/needed. He was great to speak to, and I never felt like taking care of my insurance was a hassle. I'm over all happy with the outcome and would recommend people I know to speak with him as well. I always left our conversations with a smile!
When buying a car I needed car insurance and fast! They recommended Travis to get a quote he was quick to respond and very attentive in answering all questions that I had. Once I decided to go with his insurance he got everything to me within 10 mins. Made one step of buying my first car that much easier.
After a series of disappointments and mysterious quick turnovers of the Farmer’s agents who never once contacted us (!?) Travis and his team have been tops in customer service! He for sure saved Farmer’s from losing us as a customer. Great job!
