Horrible experience with a new unit installation. Lazy, unprofessional and sloppy.They installed the wrong size access door for the new air handler which caused the unit to make noise as it struggled to pull the air in. Danny Travis was reluctant to come back to check out the issue, and when he eventually did, he acknowledged the problem but instead of replacing the incorrect part that he had installed, he has now completely ghosted me and would not return my messages. We came home to our house showing almost 90 in the dead heat of summer. Danny was at our house within 30 minutes of us calling, on a SUNDAY! He was able to diagnose and correct our problem the same day, AND came back out the following week just to check that everything was working correctly! Could not recommend better work or customer service! Thank you so much! You have a life long customers in the Fann’s!
