My situation was quite challenging. I needed to sell my tenant occupied house in Hampden Baltimore City and was unable the pay for repairs and renovations. One off the tenants quite eccentric. Travis expressed confidence and explained how he would do the heavy lifting. To make a long story short, Travis smoothed over all the rough patches during the showing of my house and under contract phase. With some flexibility from me, Travis was completely successful.
