RecommendedWe have known Travis for many years. He and his team are honest, hard working and genuine. We met him when he sold our first house. His team can sell a house pretty fast. Our first one in 2 days and our 2nd in 12 days.
The Recer Home Group team who worked with us (Seth Reneau & Kim Jones) served us excellently. Several issues popped up and they handled all of them and got our house sold above asking price. Seth explained everything to us in the beginning and everything he said paid off. Kim kept us abreast of all developments and answered all of our questions every time something came up.

I would give more stars if it was an option. Seth was amazing to work with. He had not one but two offers on our home witching two weeks. It was clear how much work he and his team put into getting our home the best exposure to get us an above asking offer. If we had to do over this experience there is not a thing we would change.
