Dr. Hughes is a brilliant surgeon and I highly recommend him. I was airlifted from a mountain top to Banner and he was on call. It was a traumatic time for me and he made me feel at ease and he did a great job with my surgery. I was fixed up and released from the hospital the next morning. Follow up visits have been great. He takes the time to listen, explain and give useful advice.

I recently had a traumatic leg injury, which required immediate surgery. I was introduced to Dr Hughes through his association with the Banner Trauma Unit. First, I feel really fortunate that he was on call when I was admitted to the hospital.
