I am not a patient, coming on here for acrep named REBECCA- my mom- who well is quite “special” and went on and on the phone, someone named Rebecca answered, and was SO PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT! - goes to show the whole organizational training and thank you Rebecca!
Great staff, great surgeon!
Staff member was not properly trained & incompetent. Staff is not compassionate, does not follow through, gives mis-information, does not return phone messages.
I really cannot find the right words to describe Dr. Loidolt. He is not only an extremely skilled and professional surgeon, but also the kindest, most patient, and caring doctor I have ever met in my life. Four months after my surgery, my pain got worse, and I had to go to the emergency room. I don't know how he found out about that, but he immediately took action to help me. He made sure the staff in the emergency room did the right and complete MRI, and that I received proper care. He did everything possible to reduce my p... read more
