Dr. Kanaly was prompt, nice, and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone!
I had a great experience. He and his staff were genuinely nice. They all seemed to care about my well being and tried to quickly correct the one problem that occurred when scheduling my MRI.
Dr. Kanaly is by far the best doctor I have been a patient of. He is absolutely brilliant & extremely patient. He listened to everything I said & addressed every medical issue I had (even the goofy things I had self "diagnosed" myself with from Google.... which were obviously not accurate. Lol). At the end of each appointment he spent time with me, making sure I understood everything. Dr. Kanaly is the only specialist that I have ever felt like "heard" me! Excellent bedside manner. 5+ stars!
Very friendly and he spent plenty of time with me and answered all of my questions. First time I have had a doctor explain everything so thoroughly.
He asked a question, in the middle of answering the question he stood up asked me to get my things and walked me to the door. In front of the entire waiting room told the front office I didn't need to come back in. No reason as to why or even any help with the problem I was having. Completely rude and embarrassing to be humiliated in the waiting room that way.
