Was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Nelson
Excellent customer experience. I was terrified about coming in due to COVID. The staff allowed me to wait outside until it was my time to see doctor, allowing me to avoid waiting room. I love this care.
Dr. Nelson and his staff are great. My appointment was scheduled within a reasonable time and my wait time was just a few minutes. Dr. Nelson took time to talk to me. I'm so glad he is my PCP.
STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND HIS ASSISTANT Brandi! incompetent as the day is long! we are in the middle of a pandemic where they can't see patients immediately and yet can't call in a prescription for an antibiotic for a toothache! ridiculous! you'd think we were asking for oxycodone! they need to find new jobs! they are in wayyyy over their heads!
