Wow. Austin in amazing and the place to stay is Travis Height and SoCo (South Congress). We stayed at the Red House and it could not have been cuter or in a better location. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend this to anyone. The owner/manager was over-the-top friendly and went out of their way for some special needs that we required. We are from Seattle and we are already planning our next extended trip to Austin. and we'll definitely look for a place to stay with Travis Heights Modern.

The place is in great condition, clean and stylish. Beds were comfortable and amenities offered everything you might need on a short or extended stay. We prepared a few meals in the kitchen easily because it had everything and more. The management very organized and communicative, which was appreciated. Great location and beautiful as well.

We were charged for a night we didn’t use. Management seemed more focused on proving the issue was on our end rather than extending any assistance or relief. Good customer service is the kind of karma that the hospitality industry thrives on. It was a learning moment for me and the lowest point of a 10 day vacation for my family.

Excellent vacation rental. The house has a 70's look. The amenities are great. It has a full size kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. Google fiber with tons of channels, and great internet connectivity. It is located in the area of South Congress or SoCo , as the locals call it. It's a very trendy/residential neighborhood and it is very close to everything. Also, once you book the property, it's super easy to access it.
