The service is always amazing at the Methodist Brand. The Culture is 2nd to none. 1st Class service. I would’ve like to see images from the ORIF at discharge but I understand times have changed. I always say we in the healthcare field make the worst patients. But 1st CLASS SERVICE IS THE BRAND AND THE CULTURE FROM CHECK IN TO DISCHARGE FROM THE PACU.
I was called back right on time. Nurse took my information and the doctor came in right away. I had an X-ray and Dr. Hanson reviewed it quickly. I was in and out in 45 minutes and all my questions were answered.
Dr. Hanson is a doctor I completely trust - he listens, very proactive and knowledgeable. I trust him completely. I travel in from Arizona just to see Dr. Hanson.
From the moment you check in, everyone greets you with a warm smile. The volunteers quickly make you forget why you’re there with their jokes and friendly attitude. Then the nurses come in, ready to care for you and help in every way they can. The anesthesiologists are outstanding. They listen carefully to your concerns and explain every possible reaction to the anesthesia in detail. Finally, the doctor comes in.
