Dr. Hanson operated on my foot today to repair an achilles tear and bone spur. I couldn’t be more pleased. EVERYONE, AND I MEAN EVERYONE, was beyond exceptional. I have never had a more positive experience in a long time with any business let alone a doctors office. The receptionist, the nurses, the anesthesia team were remarkable. not a good experience. I went in with pain in the right foot. I got an appointment after 3 weeks and they made wait for 2 hours. After a week I get hit with $200 bill after having top Aetna insurance. Dr. Travis Hansen didn’t diagnose anything with my pain and swelling and he just recommended me to rheumatologist. I was hit with a bill for X-rays even though I have great insurance . I have been requesting my X-rays and have not even received the copy. Make your own choice. Dr Hanson is great. He helped me so much with a painful foot problem.He exceeded my expectations in all areas.
I had broken ankle. He did a very clean surgery. No infection, no complications. He was professional, to the point. I didn’t mind. I prefer good results over anything else.
First time see that doctor and since the beginning was so difficult to set an appt. Then I finally get the appt and was so dissapointed he didn't resolve my issue, he was impolite and he was more worry about to follow his schedule than listen to the patient specially when you are new.... My personal opinion dont recommend... This is my first dissapointed with a specialist from Methodist!! Maria Bengoechea
