We are in the office now and have waited an hour. When asked for an update, we were told it would be at least another 30 mins. This is very frustrating, but what makes it more frustrating is that our original appt was last week, and they had to reschedule for today!! And, we went to another Utica Park doctor two weeks ago, and we waited over an hour there!!! I know things happen, but really!? Once we met with the doctor he was fantastic!!!
Dr Griffiths, took extra time listening to our concerns and explaining things with my elderly mom.
Dr. Griffiths was amazing! He worked with a fractured elbow on my 8 year old son and was so good with him. He took the time to explain all the options and really made a connection with my son. He was so kind and made sure my son felt totally comfortable, going out of his way to make him feel at ease and like he was the only patient he had! I could not have asked for a better experience. He made it so easy for my son and for me! 10/10 would recommend!
