After being diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer, and already having established a relationship with Texas Oncology for a blood disorder, I was fortunate to find myself under the care of Dr. Travis Cox. All through this journey he has directed my care with concern and professionalism. To say that I have been blessed to be treated by Dr. Cox is an understatement. Also, each of his staff and team members are top notch. You feel the care and concern from everyone from Dr. Cox down to each employee.
I was very pleased with the caring way Dr.Cox explained to me what my situation was upon his initial review. He thoroughly explained to me the next step to take. I feel very confident that I will receive the best possible treatment for what lies ahead and am prayerfully hopeful that my situation will have a positive outcome. I know my life and my future are in good hands. I also know this is the beginning of what could turn out to be very trying times.
Great staff. Everyone is super helpful and genuinely care about the patients. Dr. Vox had excellent bedside manner and is down to earth. His demeanor is to the point withour any harshness or sugar coating. Nor is he condescending. He is easy to communicate with. I actually felt like a person and not a number. I highly recommended Dr. Cox and his team at Texas Oncology.
Dr Cox’s personal and professional patient approach is outstanding but what impressed me most is his thoroughness in analyzing all the factors involved.
