I contacted them on a Sunday and had an appointment scheduled for early Monday morning. Alex was very kind and on time and answered all my questions. He was honest and did not try and sell me anything I didn’t need. It was a good experience overall. I’d use them again.

my washer was going crazy, i called and in less then 4 hours help came and found the problem, went for part, came back and fixed it. IN LESS THAN 4 HOURS!

This is the second time we have called Travis County Appliance Repair. The first time a was two years ago and the tech couldn't fix out refrigerator because he couldn't get the part off and suggested we call Bosch repair instead, okay, at least he was honest about that. Our ice maker quit working last month, we called them again. The tech came (late), was a full day of taking off work to wait for him to arrive.
