I was referred to Desjardins by a number of people in Niagara on the Lake as I sought an alternative to my carrier of 20 years. It was my good luck to be forwarded to Alec Kilburr by Desjardins’ receptionist. His service has been outstanding. He listens well, speaks and writes clearly. Feels like I’m coming home coming back to Travis and his team. Honestly insurance just feels like a such uncomfortable relationship these days , not with this brokerage ever, I have to say Alec has been outstanding , ontop of everything and so quick to respond always.
