I've been using Dr Stratton since he took over the practice from Dr. Taylor years ago. Maybe 30 years not sure. He and his staff have always been professional. Office is very clean.
I am coming back on here based off comments of denial as well others saying no name is suspicious so I left the comment about Dr Stratton keeping 11k and leaving me without options and broke....name is ryan Halverson and I'd leave phone or email if allowed
We’ve been seeing Doc for over 10 years! We recently brought our youngest for his first visit. It went so good! My 3 year old went for a happy visit and my 5 year old got his teeth cleaned and three fillings with no anesthesia! he can’t wait to go back. The whole team is amazing and takes care of the whole fam. I got a night guard made with no impressions in an hour.
My husband and I both see Dr. Stratton. He is a excellent doctor. Victoria is our hygienist and she is so wonderful. She is kind and caring always providing exceptional care. Everyone at this dental practice is so nice!
We recently moved to Henderson from out of state. Saw Dr. Stratton for the first time. He diagnosed my daughter with 12 cavities. I had troubles believing this as she is good with her dental hygiene and current on her appointments. We got a second and third opinion, including going back to her dentist out of state. Both dentists said she had two cavities, not twelve. The rest were decalcifications and could be treated with fluoride rinse every six months. Terrible doctor took over 11k for a procedure that went wrong and wanted me to repay him another 11k to try again... he does not stand by his work

I have not received any complaints regarding treatment of this amount. It is our number one concern to address patients and their needs.
I have been going to Doc for about as long as he’s been open. He’s amazing, his staff is great. They are all amazing. They remember everything about you and honestly care about the wellbeing of dental health. Amazing place. I love them.
I find it extremely suspicious that the people that left these negative reviews did so without including their names. Our family has always received wonderful care from Dr. Stratton and his staff. We've been going to his office for over 5 years too! We love Stratton Dental!
Don't care about his patients, uses advertisements as a lure to get new patients. Thinks it ok to add additional charges and will abandon you if you address concerns. Advise his staff and they take your critique as zero value arrogant . Go some place else he can care less about you as a patient. Deceptive practices or allows staff to continue this behavior. It's ok for his staff to make mistakes and will listen to you then refuses to finish work promised by staff at documented cost. Trust Zero
