Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

I want to note that I've had to move a lot in my life, so I've been to a lot of dentists. It's actually something I've come to like, and I've never really had problems with them before. This office was clean enough, but they were extremely difficult to reach I have never managed to hear them pick up their phone, and all my voice messages went unanswered past two weeks. I eventually resorted to email to get a reply (which they did, astonishingly fast), but their earliest appointment wasn't for well over a month. For the actua... read more

Was this dentist friendly? Not Really Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Yes, they should have been more gentle
