Great customer service...Outstanding professional TEAM These guys really "get-it". They take the time to explain the repairs to be done. They are very thorough in inspecting the damage, then they give you a firm date when the repairs will be completed. Prices are very reasonable because they don't build in costs to pad the job. Give them a try and you will be very glad you did.
James is a great mechanic Him and his dad and their other mechanic are all very friendly people. I have been using him as my mechanic for as long as I can remember! They are fast and prompt. I can get my oil change done as quick as 7 flags could do it.
Charlie & Carolyn Travis Automotive is the best repair shop. They are honest, very well trained, helpful and I don't know what we would do without them. We always went to the dealer for repairs but we have saved so much money, time and grief by switching to Travis. I think I can drive my car forever... I would never have believed you could still find a shop like this one in this day and age. Thanks Jim!!!!
Excellant work This is by far one of the best auto body shops Ive ever had to take a car to or even been in. THe men are all very polite and dont talk down to me like Im a stupid woman. They also guarantee all their work. I went back to talk abotu getting something else done to my car and they noticed some paint cracked we werent sure if someone bumped me or if it was their fault but they fixed it for free anyway GREAT SHOP!
