Had a Great Experience with building maintenance .fast and professional service. Identified the problem in my clogged drain and was able to resolve the issue promptly. 10/10 would recommend
I had issues with my washer working. John was extremely professional, and quickly figured out what the issue was. He had to actually repack a set of valves because those are no longer being made. Awesome attention to detail as well! Finally, he left everything clean when he was done. The washer is working properly now and I really appreciated how easy he made the whole process.
Lived here for about a year and loved the building. Super convenient, close to the Trader Joe's, and felt safe at night. The office management was amazing - Chris and the team made the move in process simple, and I can tell they work hard at keeping the building clean and in good shape. They were also very responsive to maintenance requests and it felt like they cared about our living experience. Rent was also very fair for the location!
