During my years in Seattle I have changed places almost every year, and I can say without hesitation TraVigne feels like home the most. The best apartment building in U District by a long shot! I lived in a 2 bed/2 bath here for the last year with my friends and it was in an amazing location - an easy walk to the UW campus, Trader Joe’s, many bus lines/the Link, and to cafes galore. Christopher is a very friendly and considerate manager, so easy to work with and always trying to make the apartment even better! Super fast service, fixed our drain immediately!
Lived her for 3 years and recommend this place highly! Super convenient location close to the light rail, Safeway, and Trader Joe's. The property manager, Christopher, is always on top of keeping the building clean and safe, and maintenance issues are resolved promptly by John. Very much enjoyed my time here!
John is the absolute best maintenance man. He goes above and beyond to help his tenants. He helped carry my boxes to my apartment when I first moved in, and then he also hand delivers large packages to your front door. He also was readily available to do repairs on short notice. He lended his advice and expertise in maintenance to held build things for your apartment as well. I have never met a more kind and helpful maintenance worker in my life. He is simply the best!
