I was nearly out of contact lenses and went in to purchase some more. Turns out that my contact prescription is only valid for one year even though I'm only able to get an eye exam every two years via my insurance. Rather than try to figure out a way to help with my issue (even if it cost me money,) the office staff basically pushed me out the door. This place is one of the most fantastic optical stores i have ever been in. As I walked in I saw two long walls full of frames. One mens and one womens. I knew I could find something here to represent my taste in fashion and for fun. The opticians there guided me step by step. The word overwhelm never came to mind while I was engaged in choosing a frame. A coworker recommended Traverse Vision to me. I was complaining that it was time for a new eye exam and some new glasses. I have been wearing glasses my whole life and I have to say this place beats them all. The staff is incredibly friendly. The Dr I saw spent time with me, quality time, explaining to me in a very clear way what my persription was and how this new prescription was going to clear my world up. I would NEVER recommend working with this company. They told me FOUR different times that my glasses would be available and they were NOT. After 4 weeks of not having my glasses and being lied to, I AM NOT HAPPY. Every time you speak with someone there, no one knows what's going on. Yes, your glasses are in. Wait, No they are not. Wait, let me talk to someone. Well, I spoke with someone and I'm not sure your glasses are in. REALLY!? You don't know if they are in.
