Hard to find at first. There is no Office. Everything is done through Email. My only concern is that there's not enough security. I didn't see one camera. I helped a friend remove her items as she no longer needed the storage unit. Better protocol should have been implemented. Thank God all of her belongings were as she left them.

I had to call several times just to reach someone. When I finally did they went to send me the email to start getting my reservation into a “bought” unit and then when I asked them to wait until I got the email before they hung up they in a hurry said “I gotta go I have some other things” and then quickly hung up. And then couple hours later still didn’t receive the email so I’ve taken my business elsewhere. I really think y’all need to list your hours on google.
