Larry did a great job. We came to him to represent us in purchasing a specific house we had found on the internet. It was the only house we were interested in. When we met with him at the house, he did a great job in identifying some negative aspects that we had not appreciated. I can't thank Larry enough for all of his help throughout my home buying process. He was always quick to answer any question I had and would make time for showings as soon as anything hit the market. Larry was fantastic when my wife and I were in the process of buying our home. He was patient, knowledgeable, and had our best interests at heart. Larry was very helpful in finding us a vacation home on Long Lake in Traverse City. He was very prompt when returning emails and phone calls and we found it easy to schedule showings through him. He always gives an honest opinion of the property and is zero pressure. He is even willing to video properties for the customers' convenience. We have recommending him to family and friends!

5 stars aren't enough to rate Larry and the work he did for us. He was always ready when we contacted him. Always prompt with information, worked with us closely thru the whole process.The home we finally purchased was visited by us and Larry 2 times. Larry spent 5 hours with us at this home, climbing thru the entire structure, taking notes, doing our own preliminary inspection.
