I was having some serious medical issues and hadn't secured a primary care doctor Up North. I called around to several practices and no one was accepting new patients BUT TBIC. Amanda Gross was available and she has been a true lifesaver for me, as we worked together to find a treatment for my anxiety. Do not recommend. The office manager blames patients for the office's mistakes and private medical information was sent to my employer "by accident," causing me to lose my job in the process. While the doctors were great, the front office staff needs some serious work. They also canceled me as a patient without notifying me and scolded me for rescheduling appointments while being admitted to a hospital downstate. I highly recommend looking elsewhere as it's clear the office staff doesn't care about the patients.
Dr Pohl and her team are the best in the area. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I actually look forward to my annual visit because Dr Pohl always has something relevant I can work into my life to remain healthy and active. Thank you for caring about your patients so deeply!
