I had surgery Oct 6, 2021. I pre-paid for my anesthesia on line and Traverse Anesthesia Associates P.C still sent me a bill for twice the amount I originally paid. I called customer service as soon as I got the bill and was told that an agent would get back to me. NO ONE EVER GOT BACK WITH ME! I just recieved another statement from them saying that I still owe them twice the amount I ALREADY PAID!! Yes I paid in full BEFORE my surgery and they are trying to get MORE MONEY out of me.
Great anesthesiologists - only issue was doubling the cost from what was estimated prior to surgery. When I called for a complete quote prior to surgery, they did not disclose they would also charge me for a CRNA to attend (who costs as much as the anesthesiologist). I ended up paying double the estimated amount. Overall, very personable and professional.
