The staff is super nice and very patient, attentive, knowledgeable. They are great explaining things for your understanding. They are thorough and precise. Dr Travers is detailed, gentle, and thorough. She is focused and confident. She answered questions and was engaged with her approach to the procedure. I am satisfied and confident in Dr Travers and her staff. I am happy I did this. It was done 5 days ago. I recommend this office for Lasik.
They are very unorganized. Pre-op visit - They call you back then have you go back and sit in lobby. Back and forth several times. Day of Surgery - Again back and forth. Had to wait for 2 1/2 hrs before going to back to wait for another 1/2 hr before surgery. Apparently, they think their time is more valuable than mine. Right now my vision is totally blurry which they said was normal for the first few days after surgery but it makes it very hard to drive and work.
The tech Lauren is awesome. I have a fused neck and all those eye machines really get awkward, but Lauren is patient and professional. Dr. Hoyt is great! He is thorough and makes sure you have all the information to make the best decision. Dr. Travers is the best. She makes sure you understand the procedure and walks you through the steps. 10 minutes and you’re on your way to better vision.
Travers Lasik is the best. EVERY ONE was so kind & lots of patience. All of the staff were always smiling. My procedure was great. Dr. Travers, U were wonderful talking me through it all the whole time. I am so looking forward to a complete recovery. THANK YOU & YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF. MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU ALL WITH HELPING OTHERS TO SEE BETTER FOR MANY MORE YEARS.
I had my procedure on Friday. At the one day check-up my vision was 20/20. I have been in glasses or contacts for 30 years and this has truly been life changing. Dr. Travers and her staff are incredibly kind, and talk you through the entire process. Now I am 3 days out from my procedure, vision is wonderful! I am very happy that I finally decided to have Lasik.
I had my Lasik procedure on February 9. The entire staff was wonderful from the consultation all the way through the follow-up appointment the next day. I will be sure to recommend Travers Lasik to anyone even considering having it done. My only regret is not having it done years ago! Thanks, Dr. Travers and staff!
