I had my lasik about a month ago and I am extremely happy with the results!! I went from not being able to see anything without my glasses to 20/15 vision!! It is so great not having to worry about glasses/ contacts. Before I went in for my initial consultation, I was nervous about getting the surgery, but by the time I left, I wasn't nervous at all. Had my consultation yesterday everyone was pleasant & informative. I was told it was a long visit & the reason was they are incredibly thorough. I learned a lot & was given all my options. Looking forward to my surgery on July 20th!
I'm in to my first week of lasik and it's the best decision I've ever made! Since wearing glasses and contacts since the age of 6 years old what a refreshing and wonderful way to wake up in the mornings and not have to search for my glasses to see the DVR players time! Dr. Travers and her staff are rock stars! Yes the consultation and and day of visit is about 2 and a half hours, so what! I’m blown away by the ability this office has! I was originally evaluated and told it’s highly unlikely I’d ever be able to get lasik but Dr Travers did it and I could not be more happy! Great staff, great doctors, and great results!
Excellent experience!! The procedure took less than 10 minutes. I took my post-op meds as instructed and kept my eyes closed or slept for 6 hours after the procedure yesterday. I had minimal burning and no pain. I returned for follow-up visit this morning and my vision was 20/20 both eyes! Feels great to be able to see again! Much better vision than with my glasses! Wish I had done it years ago!
