0 starts. Only had my car since sept and now my engine is out. I took it back to the dealership twice and they fixed something w the engine. But now I have to replace it 10k. I feel like they never fixed my car the 2 times. My car wouldnt even pass inspection. Thats why I originally took it back for the check engine light. They never gave me the paperwork what they did the 2x my car was there. I really thought I could trust ***** and travers. But I guess not

I literally had the best experience going to Travers Auto Plaza. I don’t have the best credit but ******* ******** was very determined to make sure that I drove off their lot with a new vehicle. I had came to travers before wanting to get a vehicle but due to financial reasons I wasn’t able to purchase at that time. ******* really helped me out with financial advice & I kid you not I was able to get a really nice NEW vehicle. I purchased a 2020 kia forte for my relative, 1 year, 4, months, and 28 days from today on AUG 4, 2021 ***** was my sales guy and i was ok with that unfortunately im am unable to trade it for another car from the same place i purchased it from ******* ***** GMT told me that it was made in Canada an its not worth much than what it was sold for...........Now people are stealing them an they just tried to steal mines. Im stuck with a worthless car an NO ONE wants it. Thanks a lot travers Auto plaza for ******** me .
