Forgot my jewelry and called and after 24 hrs thy actually found it and called us back . The manager said she found the jewelry and she would be their between 8-5pm if we wanted to pick it up . My husband drove 1,026.miles their and back , when he got their she said no one had rented the room since us and my husband went through everything 3 pices were missing my 2 bracelets and ring and round tan carring case. Some of the bed sheets had stains, and the rooms were kind of dirty. The neighborhood at night also gets really loud with cars speeding by and people blasting music. 😭 Besides that, the customer service was very good and the employees were friendly.
Staff was pleasant but the room had two serious issues and a few minor ones, at least for me. First and foremost the bathroom is too small for the toilet. Thus the toilet itself is very small and the seat was so small that you had to shift forwards or back to do your business and still fit in the toilet. This was a very uncomfortable experience. Second was the shower, as the knob controlling the water was loose and took a considerable amount of force to turn on the water. Also, I had to thread the screw holding the knob back... read more
Literally falling apart, repulsively unsanitary and lacks the sense of security. Would’ve gone elsewhere had rooms not been sold out due to it being graduation weekend. Cars cruising up and down the street with externally mounted speakers, blasting music at truly impressive volumes and clarity at all hours of the night. Loud enough to wake you from blocks away (apparently they are locals that are around every weekend). Then there are cars zooming up and down the road with loud exhausts at all hours of the night.
