At first look it's not beautiful BUT the bed was comy staff was amazing allows late checkouts for just a Little extra money like 12 bucks an hour not much sheets was clean beds have protection covers I seen no bug microwave was clean so was the fridge the air-conditioned worked great shower vent didnt work other then that I'll stay again for sure
The gentleman at the front desk was great, he took care of everything we needed.
Do not stay here I tried to stay here got to the room less then 30 minutes roaches I went to the office to get a refund they only gave my hf if it back so these sand baggers will be getting a call from my lawyer
First of all, I feel like this hotel is running a scam. My security deposit was not refunded after check out. Once I realized this, I called the front desk and was not offered any type of apology. They told me that I am required to provide my card information in order to be refunded. I told them it didn’t made sense and the explanation provided was “our computer system crashed.” I did provide my card information and was refunded the deposit but it feels very much like a scam they do often.
