This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. Very friendly ,clean ,and the food was great. The pool was wonderful. And even though we were close to the pool it was very quiet. The staff was helpful and very good to us.

We were only supposed to stay sun night then the blizzard hit. They checked us into another room in the morning didn't make us wait till 4 the check in time. On Tues we checked out again attempted to make it home. Had to turn around and again were able to get us into a room right away. Breakfast isn't the greatest but staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and welcoming. I had a bad experience on the weekend.... but I just want to give a shout out to the staff for trying to fix the problem. The general manager called me personally to try to resolve the problem. A big thank you to the girl that came and stood at the top of the slide to get the kids to follow the rules for the water slide. My grandson loved the water park.....

I was in Regina overnight for work meetings and had the privilege of staying at the Travelodge. They went WAY above and beyond. I was enjoying the FREE breakfast this morning when my cell phone rang and it was the front desk calling to let me know that someone had found my key fob and turned it in. They actually took it, went through the entire parking lot (I parked really far away) and found out the license plate for the car it belonged to, looked it up to find out it was my car and then called me. Top notch service is the norm at the Travelodge; I used to go to weekly luncheon meetings at the hotel and have attended social functions there as well. Very good meals are served by many long term staff.
