We got married here on June 17. The service was awful from the night manager, food was okay, midnight lunch was pizza and they were either incredibly raw or black and burnt. The BRIDAL SUITE was nice but the toilet was plugged for over 12 hours before they'd send someone up to fix it (it was like this when we checked into our bridal suite and then we all got ready in there without a bathroom, drinks were expensive, a conference (winners and homesense) stole everything I PURCHASED out of the bathrooms. Amazing clean motel. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful in getting our group to locations for our meetings. The meals were delicious and served promptly, and I truly appreciated the quiet in our room.
It's a horrible service!!! They have the worst people service!!! Never, never, never please, never stay there!!! I paid for extra bed on the internet and when we arrived they did not give us the extra bed!!!
