Absolute horrible customer service. Jill at the front desk was very rude and told me she was too busy to deal with what I needed. Disgusting. Then she suggested maybe my credit card may be declined. Really? I wouldn't book a room here for my neighbors dog.
The staff ead courteous and friendly. Room eas clean and it was very quiet. Truly renjoyed my stsy
The phone in the room doesn't work. Got an attitude from the person at the front desk when I asked about it and was told that none of the phones in the whole hotel work. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
